Your service manager Jacin was not very accommodating to his customers! I saw and heard him insinuate that the issue with not just my vehicle but another customers also. I was told by the other customer tha his customers! I saw and heard him insinuate that the issue with not just my vehicle but another customers also. I was told by the other customer that she too came in for a recall and her vehicle was not working properly. We were both told by Jacin that they could not help us with a loaner or a rental vehicle while parts were being ordered. My advisor Harold was very polite and thoughtful when he informed me he tried to get my warranty to cover the rental and they would only pay for a day . It took me calling the general manager Tim Jimel to get a return call from Jacin and for him to put me in a rental because my car wouldn’t lock or the computer shut off it was very stressful. I want to thank both Harold an Tim for taking the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my car repairs. I will continue to have my vehicle services done here but I don’t wish to deal with Jacin again. Thank you More

Everyone involved in the process of repairing my vehicle was horrible. Nobody takes pride in their work. After first losing my key and wasting 4 days blaming the tow truck driver, they then had my car for 9 was horrible. Nobody takes pride in their work. After first losing my key and wasting 4 days blaming the tow truck driver, they then had my car for 9 weeks on a 2 day job. When fixing the initial issue, additional things were damaged and I had to go pick up my car on three different occasions before they finally got it right. Nothing was done by the dealership to even try and make it right. Also, when they finally did get it right, my vehicle was returned filthy. The workers did not put paper down and as a result, I now have permanent stains on my leather, center console, and door handle. When I expressed concern, I received a voucher for a free car wash. Got to car wash and it was a voucher for exterior only. I had plans of purchasing a Hyundai again, but theirs dealership ruined it for the entire brand. I will never ever ever purchase another Hyundai solely due to the actions of this dealership. 100% trash More
