This by far had to be the WORSE experience I have ever had. From the first day my vehicle was towed there and they couldn’t find my vehicle that was in the parking lot to not being able to get ahold of an had. We left message after message with no return calls. I even messaged the GM and no return call. I contacted Hyundai corporate and even they couldn’t get ahold of the service department. I will never ever do any business with them and will make sure others don’t as well. More

Brandon Honda is a very unorganized overbooked service center I do not agree with how they charge you for a diagnostic fee when you’ve already had your car diagnosed and they try to charge you the diagnos center I do not agree with how they charge you for a diagnostic fee when you’ve already had your car diagnosed and they try to charge you the diagnostic fee plus labor cost and parts! they only fix what they want to fix! apparently I was under warranty with a service they did less than 12000 miles and under 12 months. Same issue as befr I paid $462 thinking I was paying for all of my ignition coils Nope! I was paying a diagnostic fee and for coil 1!!! Fast forward today $311.80 for coils 2!!!Riddle me that!?!?? I also had to cancel the oil change that I was going to get the same day because they played me with the diagnostic fee of $179 and didn’t use my warranty for the work that they performed and tried to lie like it was my second coil which I don’t believe them and they couldn’t prove it to me . i’m also not sure why they have advisers because there was not a lot of advising going on! I will give credit where credit is due but Brandon Hyundai definitely has to do better! And they are definitely not loyal to loyal customers!! also I took my car there made an appointment for 11 o’clock didn’t pick my car up till closing time they need to be sure that when people make appointments they can handle those appointments I understand all the construction and everything but at the end of the day if you can’t keep your appointments on a respectful flow people shouldn’t be waiting all xxxx day for a services with an appointment!
