It was easy to set up a service appointment on line - plenty of times and dates were available. I wasn't kept waiting long for them to start and waited even less time for them to finish so there was no n plenty of times and dates were available. Usually, the dealership is fair/what you’d expect from typical car dealerships. This last few times was particularly disappointing and frustrating. My check engine light came on for an “evap leak” and I w typical car dealerships. This last few times was particularly disappointing and frustrating. My check engine light came on for an “evap leak” and I went back four times for “evap leak.” It was like I was being charged for everything related to that code. Every time one thing was “fixed”, the engine light came on again with the code. Each time I was told the problem was fixed only to have to return to find “a new problem” that apparently wasn’t found the first couple of times around. These four times going back was all within 3 months (the time included having to wait for parts to come in). I ended up going somewhere else when the light came on AGAIN as I was out of town. So far no issues after going elsewhere, and the other place redid work that was supposed to have been done here. I feel ripped off/cheated. More
We had an 11 am appointment for service and nobody received the car until 1 pm. We were advised our car would be ready by the end of the afternoon, by 5:30 pm we had no news and when we called, no one received the car until 1 pm. The next day, we were not notified when our car was ready. We had to call and wait 20 mins for the operator to find who was in charge of our car. We finally spoke to him and were informed our car was ready. If we hadn't called, no one would have notified us of anything. More
