If I could give a 0 review I would. We bought my wife a used 2018 Chevy equinox there in October with very low miles and have maintained it well. After only 6 months the air conditioner starts shooting our warm air. We take it in because it’s under warranty to the service department. In comes Delbert to the story. He takes car in says it’s the AC compressor and it needs to be replaced. Which that in itself was crazy with it being a fairly newer car with not a lot of miles on it. Says part will be in that afternoon and that car will be ready next day before noon. 2pm comes next day.. been calling and trying to get ahold of them for a status as my wife is a teacher and I work nights so needed to figure car situation. He finally calls and says they ordered wrong part and car will be ready next day. He does one thing right in all of this and says he will send us to enterprise to pick a rental since it’s on them and they’ll cover the cost. Enter enterprise into our story. I go to enterprise to pick up car and go through all the stuff in a hurry as I have to go to work still. Next morning our car is done so I go to pick it up. I ask Delbert what I was to do with the enterprise car and he said I can leave it there and he’ll send a porter to take it. Go on about my life until Monday morning I look at bank statement and see I’m charged $100 from enterprise. I call and ask why I’m being charged since I was told Hyundai was taking care of it. Then was informed that it’s because they still hadn’t, 5 days later after I have picked my car up and left rental, received said rental. I call Hyundai and speak to our stories antagonist, Delbert who tells me and I quote “oh they can kiss a keester I have a paper saying it was picked up”… he says he’ll contact them and let me know. Two days go by and still nothing so I call again and he says he’s calling them now to find out what is going on but says enterprise is calling their corporate to have it refunded to me so I call enterprise again to ask what’s going on and how we can expedite the process and am told that even then.. a week after I rented car in the first place.. and 2 days after I have called Delbert that car is STILL sitting at Brandon Hyundai… so I call, blood BOILING at this point, and Delbert says “oh yes sir I’m having one of the porters take it now”… again ONE WEEK later and even worse TWO DAYS after I’ve already called to tell him what happened. Delbert so graciously offered store credit of $100 as if I’d ever do business with a place that completely disregards customers. This is completely a joke and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to do business with such an incompetent place. Favorite part was even after I called Delbert knowing he had the car buddy still tries to pin this on the porters. I didn’t talk to the porters. I talked to Delbert. It is his responsibility to make sure the job gets completed More

Although it is not their fault that the part was on back order. There was poor communication throughout the process and I even had to go into the dealership to figure out what was happening with our car. I order.
