So many problems. I was told to bring the car in at two and then told you were running late and would not be able to get to the car, then they took the car and my serv I was told to bring the car in at two and then told you were running late and would not be able to get to the car, then they took the car and my service manager was not very pleasant, I needed to get the trunk open and was told you were not, able to do that, and they told me I needed a new fob because mine was broken and it would cost $650, which is a total scam, and it would need to be ordered so it was going to take 3 to 4 days to come in. I ended up calling a locksmith who confirmed that the fob indeed did work and just needed to be re-coded, and for $50 they were able to get me, the fob working and entry into my trunk. I feel totally scammed and treated like xxxx. More
