My experience with this dealership in the last 3 weeks have been horrible. I went for an oil change on 2/17/2022 and who ever did my oil change did not do the job correctly. My car stalled and literally s have been horrible. I went for an oil change on 2/17/2022 and who ever did my oil change did not do the job correctly. My car stalled and literally stopped in the middle of the road because my oil completely leaked out. My car had to be towed back to the dealership late Saturday evening. And your service department isn’t opened after 5 and you guys don’t work on Sunday so I didn’t get my car back till Monday around 530 in the evening. I work a Sunday through Wednesday schedule and have kids that go to school. I missed a day of work and had trouble getting my kids to and from school on Monday. Then I get my car back and one day later my engine completely messes up AGAIN, this time even worse. So I had to get it towed all over again to the dealership and that’s when they tell me that my engine is done and that they have to rebuild my entire engine and get me a new one and that this will take 2 to 3 months. They gave me a rental and the rental they gave me was so bad and smelled like cigarettes and the back seat was filthy dirty and the backup camera doesn’t even work. My experience with this whole situation went from bad to worse. On top of All of this your Advisors tried to bribe me with free car wash coupons once I said that I was never brining my car back again. And as soon as I get my car back I will not be bringing my car back there and I will let my friends and family know how bad of a service you guys are. More
I had a scheduled appointment where I arrived on time. I walked inside and was asked to wait by my car. I didn’t realize I was in the wrong line until someone (not an employee) walked by and told me. I finally got in the right line for my service and Danielle checked me in. She was very nice and apologized for the wait. She called me about 2 hours later to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to collect my vehicle, I was in the service office. I literally felt invisible. I was shocked that out of about 11 employees in the office, no one even looked in my direction to ask if I needed help. Danielle was in the office but her back was turned so I cannot fault her. I waited awkwardly for about 2 minutes until I couldn’t take it anymore. “Excuse me! Can I please just get my car?!” All of a sudden everyone was helpful. When I purchased my vehicle a year ago, everyone was so helpful and polite. I ignored the negative reviews and experienced great service firsthand. This time was completely different. If someone had simply made me feel as if I was seen, I could have been more understanding, but it was as if no one even cared. I cannot recommend this location and will most likely not return. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but received a notification to provide feedback. I hope this actually gets to a live person but if not, the team there won’t know where to improve. More
The members are always very nice and respectful when I bring my car in, and they are always helpful in answering my questions.
