Allowed appointment @a time when it would be impossible to do the work. Returned following day. Spent entire day at shop. Paid $900 for repairs. On way home lights came on again. Would be nice for employees to arrive to work on time (manager's words). Also communication when having someone's vehicle would be nice. I was left with out a vehicle for entire day once when I brought my car for and oil change and dionystic with a 7am appointment. Had to show up the next morning asking whats going on. Apparently miscommunication..fine. ordered parts with an advisor that day and scheduled a date to return. Again 7am appointment(not one there at 7am) and was told my car would be ready at 2pm or 3pm. No call, video, email or text until after I called inquiring about the process. Finally got an email at 5pm stating car will not be finished until tomorrow. Again leaving me with out a vehicle. More
