Very impressed with all aspects of my first time visit here. I was especially pleased since I tried to schedule an appt with my regular Hyundai Service Center & was told they were booking two months out here. When I called here, I was able to schedule an appt. within two days, and all work was completed within six hours (on a Saturday). Communication & customer service with Mario was excellent. I will not be bringing my car to this dealership ever again. I spent over $1500 at the dealership within the past month. I took my car in to get some the previous work checked out because I was still ex again. I spent over $1500 at the dealership within the past month. I took my car in to get some the previous work checked out because I was still experiencing issues as well as get an oil change and a headlight replaced. Not only were the previous issues not addressed, the headlight was not replaced. I was also stranded where the shuttle driver dropped me off because my advisor failed to retrieve me in a timely manner and told me the shuttle was no longer running. When I attempted to address this with my advisor, he hung up the phone on me and I was forced to get a ride back to the dealership just to retrieve my car so I could go to work the next day. Not only was I treated in an extremely unacceptable manner by David Goodman, i am still dealing with the issues I attempted to get fixed. It was a complete waste of an off day for me. More
Absolutely unorganized, does not return calls, gives poor information about service times, not very welcoming. That said, once you do get a Service Advisor, the experience tends to get better and they try t information about service times, not very welcoming. The unfortunate part is that they seem to have a crap system/process in place and there are no signs to direct customers on what to do i.e. wait in your car, go inside, where to hang out while waiting, etc. More
