I had an awful experience at this dealership.I came in because I had a tail light out and dim headlights. From the very beginning when I walked in it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged because I had a tail light out and dim headlights. From the very beginning when I walked in it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I was explaining the reason for my visit the “advisor” kept interrupting me and was very dismissive. I get a text quote a few hours later for almost $3k saying I need my headlights and tail lights re assembled. I immediately called and asked if they’d switched the bulbs out instead and was told no, they just ran some test that indicated I needed all new assembly. I declined and came to pickup my vehicle. I took it to my local mechanic and sure enough, my lights were on w new bulbs. Unbelievable! I will never return to this establishment. So unpleasant and unethical! More
Yeah I was there for 9 hours for an oil change and for a fuel induction service Plus also had a recall part which you didn't tell me what the part was. Made appointment. Called to confirm because I didn’t receive a confirming email. Was told I didn’t have an appointment They were able to get me an appointment the following day. Showed up on time. Chec receive a confirming email. Was told I didn’t have an appointment They were able to get me an appointment the following day. Showed up on time. Check in was slow. Found out waiting room is now the sales office. No TV coffee or water. After an hour my car had not moved. Chose to cancel and get service elsewhere. No services performed More
Abel Gomez was outstanding when I got there and let me know that it was going to be longer wait time do to the construction...what I didnt like was when making the appointment over the phone the individua know that it was going to be longer wait time do to the construction...what I didnt like was when making the appointment over the phone the individual did NOT inform me that the service times will be longer than expected. So after making arrangements for the day because I have an appointment and then find out after getting there a oil change and tire rotation an a ECU recall will now take 4 hrs I was not happy. Again Abel did a great job in keeping informed but he had too due to the lack of updated info from the customer service rep on the phone. More

They had our car for over 6 weeks. They always texted and were very Rude to point out when I didn’t reply to their text. 1 time I had replied to their text and when they realized (after being rude to me) wen were very Rude to point out when I didn’t reply to their text. 1 time I had replied to their text and when they realized (after being rude to me) went right on with a conversation. Never apologizing, never calling to say sorry a part isn’t coming, having difficulty getting a part or whatever the case might of been to delay the car in being fixed. Had issues with windshield people who the dealership recommended due to having to install a new sunroof and not being able to reinstall windshield in same day. — the issue the windshield people put hole in our seat with a drill bit.They did have someone fix that issue, but it was another delay. Everyone time I called to check on the car on the date it was told it would be finished. I would get the person handling my case was off or on another line, etc. They did try to figure out the status of my car by calling or tracking him down, but he should of been able to call and tell me that it wasn’t going to be finished on the day it was told it would be done. Very unprofessional, lacking in communication and not good with customer relations. When the car was finished it was a mess inside due to all the drilling and such that had to be done for sunroof and I suppose the fixing of the seat. We had to detail the car right after the pick up. Also, the tires were flat and we had to pump air in them ourselves. You would think after a dealership had your car for over 6 weeks the least they could do was look it over and clean up their mess. Will not go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. More
