I just want to take a moment to say how pleased I was with my service advisor during my last visit at Hyundai of brandon. I came in for my first service and Mark Weber, my service advisor, informed me ri with my service advisor during my last visit at Hyundai of brandon. I came in for my first service and Mark Weber, my service advisor, informed me right away that my car had two recalls in addition to the service. He informed me of the time frame and it was exactly as he predicated. I was not sure why Hyundai didn't text me about the recalls, strange. Mark, accommodated us because we had brought our dog with us not knowing it would turn into a 3 hour service. He went out of his way to keep us informed of the progress and allowed us to sit and wait. I was very impressed with Hyundai's service department and with Mark. Thank you for the accommodations offered and the great service. I do hope that you do recognize Mark for his great service and attitude.
