Does not have the customers best wishes and interest at heart. Always had to contact them to find out where my car was at the process. Acted like I was being inconvenient to them to make the inquiry. Came in with an appointment of 8 am asked if I would have car back by 11 since I had another appointment at 11:30. Sure no problem. At 10:55 I asked the progress. Was told vehicle was off property and was car back by 11 since I had another appointment at 11:30. Sure no problem. At 10:55 I asked the progress. No. How much longer? 15 more minutes. 11:15 still no vehicle did not get vehicle back until 11:55. My son was late to work and was written up. I have yet in the 2 years I since I purchased the car has it taken less than 3 hours for the car to be returned. More

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quite disappointed that they would not even attempt to get a major alignment issue on the vehicle covered under warranty when it only had 7000 miles and came off the lo that they would not even attempt to get a major alignment issue on the vehicle covered under warranty when it only had 7000 miles and came off the lot with a major pull to the left.
