You have an appointment. You get there before your Express Oil Change appt. YET it is 4 hours for what would be 20" at Jiffy Lube.... Then they park it so it takes 3 people to get it out. Very poor communication I had to go to the service center for updates on my vehicle. I had my car in a week before Thanksgiving and I didn't hear from the service department except one time then I had to go for updates on my vehicle. I had my car in a week before Thanksgiving and I didn't hear from the service department except one time then I had to go by the service department after Christmas to find out I needed a new engine and I went after the New Year and they finally gave me a quote by that time I had found another engine and another shop to put it in. They service and communication could have been much better to make for a better experience. When you tell me I need two fuel injectors and 1000 dollars later you say I need a engine. Not a good experience I can't recommend this service center at all More
