I brought my car in because I had a flat tire. I was told 2 hours to get it done, ok reasonable considering I was practically a walk in. 2 hours goes by and I was told the car will be here from the offsite s 2 hours to get it done, ok reasonable considering I was practically a walk in. 2 hours goes by and I was told the car will be here from the offsite shop in 10-20 minutes. 40 minutes later no car. I was told the tech no longer has the car. 1 hour later I was told the car delivery guys were on break and the tech made it back before my car. At this point I was upset because I had to wait an hour for my car to be returned to me when it was already done. I get we are all short staffed which creates a breakdown in guest service. The manager did get on the phone to assist me and find where my car was since I was waiting awhile and will be receiving a free tank of gas for my trouble. Nice advisors and management just poor crew behind the scenes. Just want to make you aware The car delivery guy who had my car I saw walking around on his phone most of the time and even was driving other cars while texting on his phone. Makes me worry if this is every time and if he did with mine. More

I went in for an oil change & cabin filter change. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment at 815 and wasn’t spoken to by a worker until 845. I waited until noon then had to inquire how much longer until my car was finished. I was told that the wrong “code” was entered so that needed to be corrected before I could pay….15 minutes later I was able to pay & get my keys. More than 4 hours total from the time I pulled in until I received my keys back after service was completed. I understand that the construction may delay the service to my car however I find 4 hours to be a bit excessive for an oil change & cabin air filter change. I feel that my time as the customer was not important to the service department and there was NO communication regarding the wait time which if it were communicated that it was a 4 hour wait at 815 am I would have left. I also only received a video on the exterior of my car, not the usual video of the engine etc. I honestly do not know if I will return for any further service to my Kona if this will be the standard practice at this dealership. More
I have tried 4 times to have my 2021 Tucson recall fixed. My latest failure was last Tuesday when I brought my car to take care of the recall expecting to leave the car and have a loaner as told or rental c My latest failure was last Tuesday when I brought my car to take care of the recall expecting to leave the car and have a loaner as told or rental car provided during the 4 hour work. But like on 2 different times I was told that I didn’t qualify for having a loaner car provided.when I arrived. I cannot leave my car 4 hours which will probably be closer to 5 or more hours. This problem is not caused by me. This is a Hyundai problem. Why should I have to be inconvenienced? II will just drive it until the problem occurs. Good luck for me. More

My service representative Mark was fantastic and also very apologetic for the inconvenience of no areas to sit and wait and the unavailability of loaner cars.
