I normally don't have much of an issue here besides an occasionally longer wait.. but recently I came in for an oil change, was told 1.5-2 hours. I go next door, get food, take my time, came back at the 2 occasionally longer wait.. but recently I came in for an oil change, was told 1.5-2 hours. I go next door, get food, take my time, came back at the 2 hour mark to wait outside. Around 3 hours I went to ask how much longer, the tech had no idea and told me he wasn't my tech. Finally he decided to look and it had no information. So he called the garage and apparently there was a recall and they did not tell me they were going to work on it and said it would be maybe another 10-15 mins before I was done and ready to go. Queue another 45 mins later and a sales person came and talked to me and I ended up getting another car and my original car took another 1.5 hours before it was finished, totalling 5.5 hours. Then they did not call me, only a text so I had no idea as my phone did not go off. They did not leave my keys with anyone so I had to return the next day to get my stuff from my other car for the new one. I was not impressed except for the sales team. No communication whatsoever!
