On December 15 after I picked up my car I noticed a bad smell in my car. When I got home I checked the back seat I saw a chicken with a banana in a plastic plate in a thank you bag. I believe the service advisor put it there... I would like the phone number of the general manager and his email. thank you.

I made an appointment with Harold De La Cruz for key replacement 11/23/21 for 12:00 pm and was to ask for him when I arrived. Which I did, was told he was with another customer and he would be out shortly. My vehicle was parked where I could see it the greeter took my key. A little while later I noticed my car was gone from where it was parked. The greeter came out told me the machine was down and they were working on it. At about 2:15 spoke with Hilbert, he had someone call Harold and was advised was not on the premises he had someone else handling it. I was told Harold was at the DMV. I was also told at that time my vehicle 2 1/2 miles down the road being worked on for the key replacement. At 3:00 a lady arrived with my vehicle one of your service department men walked out with me to greet her. They sign some papers never got a receipt and was handed key. By this time I was somewhat upset because I was late for my next appointment so I left. When I got in the vehicle I thought out of courtesy they could have cleaned the vehicle since I waited for so long it was not clean. After arriving at my next destination notice things in my car were different. Driver's side headrest was all the way up, which never happens. Passenger front seat was pushed all the way forward when it was all the way back when they took my vehicle, clothing in the back seat was moved from the right back to the left back side. I took pictures. 11/28/21 1:15 spoke with Alfred asked if the vehicle had to be 2 1/2 miles away and was advised not at all. All work is done at the service department. 1:30 pm called Harold left a message no call back. 1:38 called service director Jason, left message no call back. Since I received no call back I decided to let it go until Hyundai sent me a survey on 12/11/21. None of this made sense to me as why it took 3hrs,told me my vehicle was told my vehicle was 2 1/2 miles away just for a key replacment. I live in St Petersburg had taken my vehicle to Crown Hyundai ask them if my key replacement was covered was told I had to go back to Brandon Hyundai or St Petersburg crown Hyundai would charge me $300 that also made no sense to me, so I came to Brandon and this is what happened. Also, when I was standing outside a woman was yelling I will never bring my vehicle back here again. I wish I had gotten the person's name at Crown Hyundai in St Petersburg that told me they were going to charge me $300 Hilbert said it's because they didn't want to deal with it. With having to wait 3 hours,women yelling that certainly is not good customer service and Crown Hyundai telling me I have to go back to Brandon was totally wrong on their part. I bought the 100,000 warrenty. If you like to see my pictures I can forward them to you. I was so shocked when I noticed everything in my vehicle had been changed.I would like an explanation of why this all happened. Also, my salesman was no longer with your company.
