I received no check in's no updates I got there at 9am for a 9:20am appointment told it would take an hour, didn't ask if I was staying or needed a ride anywhere. Notification at 11:01a that vehicle was done no one addressed me at all by that time I waited until 11:25am and walked inside for service the guy who introduced himself in the beginning when I 1st got there was inside the service center saw me walk in yet didn't address me as his client the one that he was kind of in charge of. I was spproached by Abel who cashed me out, walked me to my car, and opened the door very much so aappreciatd. The whole service was horrible to be honest I may start looking for another place to get my vehicle service Abel did change the whole experience just in that short time he assisted me. He needs a raise! He is customer service. More

I was upset that I was unable to contact a service person by phone with my problem just to discuss it. I eventually made an appointment on line. This was the worst maintenance experience we have ever had at a dealership. The communication between the dealership and myself was basically non-existent. It took me over 30 hrs to get an update on my ve had at a dealership. The communication between the dealership and myself was basically non-existent. It took me over 30 hrs to get an update on my vehicles status despite having been assured a call back several times. It took me getting angry and aggressively speaking with a manager to even get a response from my service adviser. On top of that, the car was in the shop for over 5 days with a warranty repair and no loaner vehicle was available. When the car was ready my Fiance and I went to the dealership to get the car. When we entered the service center the employee we spoke with was dismissive and rude. Then when we got into the car it was very dirty and had food wrappers we definitely did not leave in the car. Overall we understood the delay in the maintenance time and even the issue with getting us a loaner vehicle but, the service, communication, cleanliness of the car and employee attitude was deplorable. More
