The oil filter gasket failed, probably due to overtightened oil filter at prior service. No compensation was offered to clean the gallon or so of oil that spilled on our garage floor. The dealership tow service transported the car Sunday and left it unlocked in the parking lot with the keys in it. I left Four (4) voice messages for the service center on Monday. After nobody returned my call, I decided to go there in person. Upon arriving the service advisor didn't know that they received our car. We had to go find it where it was left overnight in there parking lot. The tow driver failed to use the key drop box. The service manager never returned any of my calls. Disappointed in the entire experience. More

Prices to high. You were going to charge me $1200 to repair a gasket and a pressure sensor. After I looked them up I got OEM parts and did the job myself for $150 and dinner. repair a gasket and a pressure sensor.
