This dealership including the manager Jacin is useless. Five service visits to fix my brakes and they left my floor mats covered in mud, did not return my wheel lock key, and they are very unprofessional. I have two Sante Fe`s, a 2013 and a 2016. I have used Brandon Hyundai to service both vehicles since I purchased them at this location. Harold De La Cruz (and Faten Dik) have most recently, been my serv Brandon Hyundai to service both vehicles since I purchased them at this location. Harold De La Cruz (and Faten Dik) have most recently, been my service representatives. Harold was my rep the last two visits on my 2016. He goes over what he thinks needs to be done at each visit and we do as much as we can - no muss, no fuss. I usually wait in the waiting room so I can be available should they find "something" else. I like getting my cars taken care of at this location. I am anxious to see what the new service center will look like. More
