I bring my car to this dealership because they perform great work and the customer service is always superb. I asked for my front tire on a 2022 Kona that has gone down to less that 20psi 4 times in less than 2000 total miles on the car to be checked for leakes and if nothing was found I wanted the tire to be di down to less that 20psi 4 times in less than 2000 total miles on the car to be checked for leakes and if nothing was found I wanted the tire to be dismounted and rebeaded to ensure a good seal was made and the shop refused to do it. The other three tires have no issues, but the maintenance shop said that the temperature change was effecting only that tire…I’m not an idiot. More
When bringing in our vehicle at the agreed upon appointment time no one said a word as we walked into the service side of the dealership. We then had to initiate the conversation and let them know we were dropping our vehicle organs only then did employees reluctantly helped. When we were finally told the the cost of repairs we declined. When we went to pick up the car we noticed that the car smelled like cigarette smoke- we don’t smoke and when we mentioned that to the employee we were paying for the diagnostic check they said they could clean it if we wanted. Not sure why you would allow employees to smoke while working on people’s vehicles but it’s not my business. Our experience confirmed that we will NEVER take our business back to your store and honestly it’s convinced us that we never want to purchase Hyundai vehicles again. I am active duty military and I believe this all took place on Veterans Day, not that it matters but your organization might want to do a better job at the way they treat customers. More
