I came in for an oil change and alignment for my 2015 hyundai genesis coupe. Service took about 2 hours. When I made the appointment I had all intentions on waiting with my car. They neglected to tell me that my car would be shuttled off property. My experience at this dearship was awful. I was originally told I would get a new engine. Get a call on the 9th of November that my car is ready to be picked up. When I get to the dealership the service was not done on my car and was worse off then when I dropped it off. The engine was never fixed. I had to come out of pocket $888.00 and I still don't have my car. Why was I told to come get the car when it obviously wasnt ready; they knew this. Meanwhile, I'm paying money that I don't have to pay for rental cars because there are no loaner. I am not pleased at all!! I will never purchase another vehicle with hyundai. More
