Went in for recall. They ran their tests and said it passed. They would not provide copy of report with tests ran. They only showed me the sheet that said “pass”. The told me on the phone I could get a shuttle ride home but after I dropped my car off at Hyundai they said the shuttle wasn’t running. It’s clear they do not care about customer service More
Great customer service just seemed a little short handed. I had to walk inside as no one came out to my vehicle when I pulled in.
