I set an appointment to get a simple oil change, my first service ever on the vehicle, and I end up waiting 3 whole hours. It's pretty frustrating that you took the time to set an appointment so you can go o service ever on the vehicle, and I end up waiting 3 whole hours. That's with the 1.5-2 hours wait I was told it would be in the beginning. If you can't handle the appointments, don't setup so many at a time. More
