So this is my second time going. Both were bad experiences. Both times I made appointments for simple oil changes. 1st time took 2 1/2 hrs and recently they got it down to 2 hours. I’ve spent $600 a few weeks ago to replace my shifter assembly. The gear shift still sticks. Sometimes when trying to get it out of park, sometimes when trying to put it in park. It has also been making a high pitched screeching noise from time to time when I first start the car which it did not do before I brought it in. Per previous experience when trying to get this fixed, I have no faith that it will be repaired properly. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I expected better. More

I arrived early for my appointment at 12:45 and I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my inspection report until checked out therefore not allowing me to the oppo there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive my inspection report until checked out therefore not allowing me to the opportunity to to have any additional services that were needed completed. In addition I did not receive a video of the inspection as I did at my last visit. Very disappointed in the service this time around. More
