I had my car towed and spent over $244 to get to the dealership. I spoke with Harold in services on 5/27 and they need paperwork signed with my engine being out and haven't heard any status on when to p dealership. Told my service would be an hour and a half. Waited in the customer lounge for almost two hours and had to get up myself and find out the status of my car. When I was about to get my car, the service advi the customer lounge for almost two hours and had to get up myself and find out the status of my car. When I was about to get my car, the service advisor told me they were running it through the car wash. Since I just had the car detailed the day before, I didn’t want it washed. The car came back wet and covered in water spots. When I brought this to the dealers attention, they took me back to detail to have them address this. The guy in detail just nodded his head and said he’d get it, just to go and sit on his butt by another car. Additionally, I noticed another young man in detail eating his lunch with the microwave meal on someone’s car. So, rather than stand out in the heat to wait on something that I should not have even had to wait for, I went to the service desk and made my frustration known before I left with my spotted car. ISG & FCA Systems inop. Said it would take 3-4 hour with oil change. 7 hours later oil was changed but ISG & FCA Systems still not working. Told to bring it back some time and leave it. Seems like there was something they could have told me after another 6 1/2 hours - but nothing from the techs. Someone could have come out and talked to me. The Service Advisor (Faten) was fine but she can't help me if the techs don't help her. Truly disappointed with the lack of communication from the shop. More
