When I arrived about 9:30 for my appt. no service people were in sight. Waited about 10 min. Someone came out & gave me a form to fill out. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They had my car for 38 days! They gave me no rental for the first 2 1/2 weeks. I'm a teacher and they left me stranded. I was trading up to a Santa Fe in June but I'm going with a Nissan Rogue because I will never own a Hyundai after dealing with Brandon Hyundai. More

I had an appointment Tuesday May 25 at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:15am and sat in the driveway for 1 hr before someone came to my car, said he would be with me in a moment. After another 20 minutes waiting, Dil at 9:15am and sat in the driveway for 1 hr before someone came to my car, said he would be with me in a moment. After another 20 minutes waiting, Dilbert came out, I told him what happened, he said let’s go inside. Now the first person came over and dropped of my paperwork. My appointment was for 58000 mile check. I mentioned that my AC has acted-up. Tech could not find anything wrong. Thank you Dilbert! More
