Very dissatisfied with the poor level of service I got after I had my car towed in for service. I was out of town and the car broke down on my wife while she was driving it to work. she said car had no po after I had my car towed in for service. I was out of town and the car broke down on my wife while she was driving it to work. she said car had no power and was giving her an indication it was going to stall out. She made it there and I had a tow company pick up the car and delivered to Brandon Hyundai. This happened once before so I figured the same problem was acting up again. Upon delivery is where any and all communication stopped with the service department. Made several call's to speak with anyone and was unsuccessful. Had to call the show room and threaten to call corporate if I didn't speak to a manager. I don't like resorting to this because the blow back will effect my next service appointment, of which it has and this is the results. My car had visible undercarriage damage that wasn't there when delivered and the button to operate the driver side window is broken. Based on what I went thru I'm not considering returning for any other future repairs. I just don't feel confident enough my car will be handled properly with the assurance it will be returned the same way I surrender it. The car is approaching ten years and is still under warranty although with only 67000. miles on it, very low for a 2012 but very well taken care of. I paid a lot of money for that car and I expect for Hyuandai to honor your word. More
