I really hate to leave a bad review but it is definitely warranted. To start with, the place was complete chaos. The guy who helped me was new and I had a hard time understanding him… His name was Delbert warranted. To start with, the place was complete chaos. The guy who helped me was new and I had a hard time understanding him… His name was Delbert he is kind but I don’t feel like he knew how to help me. He ignored a lot of my requests and instead I got a huge list of things I could get done in the future. I needed several things like that and he completely ignored most of everything I asked him to check on. I don’t believe I will be coming back. I will go To the Lakewood Ranch location. The experience there was a night and day. More

Honestly, I feel the service guy was trying to take an advantage that I purchased a new car and wanted to maintenance it. This is because he was recommending unnecessary services. If I would have gave in advantage that I purchased a new car and wanted to maintenance it. This is because he was recommending unnecessary services. If I would have gave in to his recommendations I would have spent over 3k on things I didn't need for a car with barely 8k miles on it. Thankfully my BF was there and told me to do nothing that the guy Kyle suggested. ALSO, when I believed I had an AC issue the service mechanic ran a diagnostic and said I had a malfunctioning AC compressor. I went and got a second opinion and the mechanic just turn on the air circulation option and AC ran ice cold on start up. So yeah low star review and will only go back in the future for oil services only. More
Horrible communication my car was hit on Hyundai of Brandon's lot. They took pictures. This was noticed on a Tuesday 5/18, its Saturday 5/22 and no one has called me back yet regarding my damaged vehic Brandon's lot. They took pictures. This was noticed on a Tuesday 5/18, its Saturday 5/22 and no one has called me back yet regarding my damaged vehicle that took place in their possession. I will be submitting a review on Google and other platforms as well. I have 2 hyundai vehicles (Sonata Hybrid and Palisade) and never received service like this from other dealerships. I will have to take time off to go to the dealership to get this resolved because it's easy to ignore my calls. What a shame! More
Took them an hour after I got the email with my vehicles diagnosis saying they need a part for me to hear anything and I HAD to go ask them what was up. It’s like pulling teeth to get ahold of a service advisor! They had my car for 4 days and I never got one single update (and I called 6 times in the last two days and it was always the same story “se advisor!
