I have an apt for 10:30 for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would be a wait of over 2-3 hours. It was a 45 min drive one way hence the reason I made an apt. The same night I received an email that states service complete when in fact they didn’t even touch the truck. I have left messages for a manager to call me, sent messages on Facebook and the Only calls I received are someone from. Sales trying to sell me a new vehicle. If Brandon Hyundai was the last dealer left I would ride a bike. You will never get our business again. Don’t offer free service with the Purchase if you can’t follow through. More
I was in line for almost 45min for somebody to talk to me. Took an employer leaving what he was doing to come taking care of me. The dealership is great, but my only issues are setting up appointments. I usually call and get put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. Came in yesterday for my first maintenance of my vehicle, after receiving a text message. Once I got there in within 10 minutes I was called and was told nothing needs to be done. I explained that my vehicle even indicated that service was necessary. After explaining this twice when I had my vehicle serviced in March they once again did not reset it correctly. So once again I wasted another day off to get my vehicle serviced but nothing needed to be done because this dealership doesn't know how to reset vehicles! This is the worst dealership ever! More

Went in for an oil change on Fri 4/7th. On Saturday all of the oil had leaked out of my new Genesis G90. The technican who changed the oil did not replace the filter ring. Thank God there was no engine damage to my car only because I knew not to start my car. This could have ended really bad! The advisor Harold showed no urgency once my car arrived, it should have been made priority. The tow truck had to wait 20 min for them to remove my car. The advisor also left before knowing what was wrong with my car. He did call me the morning of to know when the car would arrive . More
