Came in yesterday for my first maintenance of my vehicle, after receiving a text message. Once I got there in within 10 minutes I was called and was told nothing needs to be done. I explained that my vehicl after receiving a text message. Once I got there in within 10 minutes I was called and was told nothing needs to be done. I explained that my vehicle even indicated that service was necessary. After explaining this twice when I had my vehicle serviced in March they once again did not reset it correctly. So once again I wasted another day off to get my vehicle serviced but nothing needed to be done because this dealership doesn't know how to reset vehicles! This is the worst dealership ever! More
Went in for an oil change on Fri 4/7th. On Saturday all of the oil had leaked out of my new Genesis G90. The technican who changed the oil did not replace the filter ring. My car was towed back to shop on of the oil had leaked out of my new Genesis G90. The technican who changed the oil did not replace the filter ring. My car was towed back to shop on Monday. Thank God there was no engine damage to my car only because I knew not to start my car. This could have ended really bad! The advisor Harold showed no urgency once my car arrived, it should have been made priority. The tow truck had to wait 20 min for them to remove my car. The advisor also left before knowing what was wrong with my car. He did call me the morning of to know when the car would arrive . More

I originally went to get a key remote programmed for my 2011 Hyundai Elantra, but I was told that the remote had been discontinued. I thought that was crazy since they are the Hyundai dealer...But I was ab 2011 Hyundai Elantra, but I was told that the remote had been discontinued. I thought that was crazy since they are the Hyundai dealer...But I was able to find one online for $40 and came back to have it programmed. They were able to program it quickly and the remote works great! My advice: Try to find your key remote online, like with eBay before having it programmed. You might save some money! More
I took my 2018 Santa Fe in for several dummy lights on. Michelle was my service advisor and she informed me it would be a speed sensor that needed replaced. Very bad experience at Brandon Hyundai. I got my car after service but tire pressure was leaking and valve was damaged due to somebody tried to put something i side valve to stop the leakage. I had to return back for the fix luckily it got fixed but I had to rush for the same and costed me extra 1 hour. More
