This dealership is really disappointing. I was turned away from the appointment I originally made because they accepted too many walk-ins. I never received a phone call only a notification that my car was ready to be picked up with unexpected charges once I got there. Very unprofessional dealership. More

It took incredibly long to service my car, and by the end, they could not even figure out what had happened. I had to shell up over $400 for a battery replacement in hopes that the problem would be fixed end, they could not even figure out what had happened. Made 7 am appointment for a recall received a text after 8 saying to many cars before mine. And my car will be ready in a week. I made my appointment in the service department in person.
