I had a 9 am appointment —- after sitting there for 2 hours, I went inside to see how much longer — and my car was DONE!!!! WHY wasn’t I sent a text to come inside ?? I never received a video from the service tech until the afternoon when I arrived back home!!! So ... WHY make an appointment when everything is SO BOOKED???!!! Kyle in service is awesome, this is my second time with him and he is always attentive and knowledgeable. Keeps you up to date on your car service, and gets things done, even 7 minutes before his shift end him and he is always attentive and knowledgeable. Was told I would have to wait 5 hours for my oil change and to fix the blind spot detection system (with scheduled appointment). After 3.5 hours of waiting I was told my car would have to remain at the dea and to fix the blind spot detection system (with scheduled appointment). After 3.5 hours of waiting I was told my car would have to remain at the dealership overnight so they could take off the bumpers and diagnose the issue. Upon inquiring what was actually done in the 3.5 hours I sat there, they attempted to explain that they had to "scan for codes"...for 3.5 hours? No offer for a loaner car or anything. Meanwhile, called Lakeland Hyundai and they got my car in immediately and provided me with a loaner car until they can fix the issue. There was no option for 0 stars so I dedicate my 1 star to Gary, who scheduled my appointment - he was very nice. More

The best Hyundai service ever. I called Tori and Jacin for repairs to my transmission for my Hyundai Tucson. Which was stalling and moving very slow. Jacin & Tori jumped right on it and fixed it very goo for repairs to my transmission for my Hyundai Tucson. Which was stalling and moving very slow.
