I call Harold, engine light on set an appointment for 9:30, the shuttle driver ebb took me back to work, very nice personality. Harold called to tell me my card was ready, they did the oil change that 9:30, the shuttle driver ebb took me back to work, very nice personality. It gets better every time if only you had more Faten's, she is great. The only complaint I have is you are always trying to push a repair off on us which we really don't need, which cost a lot of money co she is great. My engine blew at 78k miles-we have warranty...had to wait 4 days for rental..that rental broke down and smelled as if someone relieved themselves in the car..had to wait 3 more days for another rental.. wait 4 days for rental..that rental broke down and smelled as if someone relieved themselves in the car..had to wait 3 more days for another rental...during that 3 days received 3 phone calls asking where to pick up first rental that broke down this is after telling the dealer the address and that was a 2 miles down the road from the dealer..finally my car was ready went to pick up-now the A/C does not work...still at the dealer...is there anyway to remove that 1 star? I scheduled my appointment to get a recall fixed and get an oil change ! During this time I called three times to the dealership Service department to check on my car. All three times I get told hey service advisor will call me back. Finally after not hearing from anybody I go at 5pm and and check on my car and I had just got them from the service center about to leave For the day. Only To find out that they did the oil change and never did the recall! Brandon Hyundai is the only place that I’ve ever taken this car in my car before it too and I have never had any experience like this this is a complete let down. I am very upset!! More
