I’ve had better service from other Hyundai dealers, but this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I still think it needs work. I also find that they’re not consistent in what they sell; one visit you need breaks (which I alway get a second opinion for stuff like that) and next visit their telling me I’m good (and I haven’t even done work to the breaks they recommended needed changing at the previous visit). It all depends on who you meet. Some sell harder than others and you get to know the advisors that will push a service to make a buck and another that won’t. Will keep supporting my local Brandon Hyundai Service spot, as long as they trend on improvement. More

On arrival, everything was good. I explained the reasons for my visit and they were duly noted. However, on return, no one seemed to want to be bothered. The manager on duty appeared to be too occupied to answer the questions of the new employee who was helping me. I told them the reason for my visit and they grabbed my keys and paperwork and asked how I was to pay. I told the agent that the previous agent that was assisting e told me she'd check on a discount for me but she left prior to me getting back to the dealership. The associate wanted no parts in looking into a discount and stated that associate had left and that she wasnew so she didn't know how to help. She did not go over the services that were performed just shoved my paperwork in front of me and a card reader. I was kind of annoyed because no one seemed wagwe to help. I'm.aaaukinf because it was the end of the day but the quality of service should be upheld until.wnd of shift. I did not receive a discount nor did anyone look into it. Some of the reasons I cam in were for an oil change, rattling noise on acceleration, airbag light on and lights on steering wheel not working. Most issues were addresses but now they've created a new issue and my car is now jerking on acceleration and it has never done this prior to being serviced. I will be returning on my next day off for correction More
