Trying to make an appointment was difficult and required most of a day. The receptionist who answered the phone could not make appointments and from her location could not see the managers that were availa most of a day. She took my number and some time later (a couple of hours) I received a call back and made an appointment. All of the rest of the interaction and service was very good. Prior to arriving at your service department I spoke to to two different people, Michelle and Kory. Both told me to ask for them when I arrived.
