Great customer service,however waiting 3+ hours for an oil and light bulb change. I find that to be a little excessive, also it's worth mentioning I had a 4 year old with me. Diagnosed but no parts. Paid full bill as required by advisor and left to await call that parts were in. Call never came. Wife driving around for over 2 weeks with heat blowing out of driver vents and co advisor and left to await call that parts were in. Call never came. Finally got through to someone telling me that my advisor was no longer there. Later that day a different advisor called and the service was scheduled. I blame the service department manager for letting this W.O. remain outstanding without another advisor taking over the work load. More
