I waited 4 hours for them to run diagnostics and order the parts. I asked for a loaner car until mine was fixed but they said they didnt have any available. After y’all changed my oil it was leaking. They changed the oil again and it was leaking again. I had to come a third time for them to properly repair and change my oil without it leaking. Great customer service,however waiting 3+ hours for an oil and light bulb change. I find that to be a little excessive, also it's worth mentioning I had a 4 year old with me.
