I think there could be better communication regarding my car repairs. I brought my car in for a recall and after waiting 4 hours I was told the part did not come it. Diagnosed but no parts. Paid full bill as required by advisor and left to await call that parts were in. Call never came. Wife driving around for over 2 weeks with heat blowing out of driver vents and co advisor and left to await call that parts were in. Call never came. Wife driving around for over 2 weeks with heat blowing out of driver vents and cold air from passenger vents. When I called them regarding the service I was given run-around. Finally got through to someone telling me that my advisor was no longer there. Later that day a different advisor called and the service was scheduled. I blame the service department manager for letting this W.O. remain outstanding without another advisor taking over the work load. More
