Although I had an appointmentfor an oil change, I told the person who set the appointment that I wanted to have a few things checked out and they said ok. I explained that the car hesitates when accelerating from a stopped position and the technician explained that I probably just needed a fuel injection service, but the car was not checked to see what the issue was, also was promised top off of my windshield wiper fluid, which was not done a car wash which was not done and I asked for my tire pressure to be checked and that was not done either (I know this because the reason I asked is that the pressure indicator display in my car which alerted me that my pressure was low was unchanged. When I got back in the car so I ended up going to a local tire shop and they inflated my tires to the proper pressure) but I was told that my brakes were getting a little low and I would need to have a brake service done soon More

This was my second visit for service. Derrick greeted me with a big smile and a welcome.
