8:00 appt. took 3 hrs. It took 3 days to get the appt. They use to wash the car, not this time. This Genesis 80 is an expensive car. Felt like I brought in a junk car. Harold did an amazing job at customer service. His status updates and follow-up were spot on. Diagnosing the issue with my car was difficult to identify. By the way, we chose to bring our car to Harold at Brandon Hyundai for service based on a recommendation from a co-worker. She stated we have to see him. She was right and we thank you. I will return to Brandon Hyundai and Harold for service. Special note: I picked up the car late at night. Harold was not on duty at the time. This special note should not reflect on his customer service. Only one issue with the quality of the work. My car was not fully checked upon pick-up. I went in for a hesitation and rear brake light issue. The passenger side tail light was determined to be the cause. However on my drive home, I noticed the driver side brake light was out. It simply wasn't worth the inconvenience to return to have it replaced. The techs should have caught this. More

Harold did an awesome job. Brought my Santa Fe in for the ABS recall. They had me in and out in about an hour, everything checked out okay so I'm back on the road and all at No Charge thanks to the warranty. ABS recall.
