I took my car (Hyundai Sonata) into Hyundai on November 27, 2020 stating that there was a noise that was in the right passenger wheel that I had taken previously for the same thing back in June. Tori ( service advisor) requested my warranty contact information so she may contact them to verify if it would be covered under my warranty at the initial time it was brought in for the noise in the wheel. I informed Tori that the warranty expired on July 2, 2020 but she advised that she would call. I finally hear from Tori stating that she contacting the warranty company and they advised that it was expired (which she already knew that) and if it had been a month later they may have covered it. What comes out her mouth next just blew me to the back of my house. Tori quoted "that there was nothing that they could do for me" and I quoted to myself there was nothing that I could do for her but give her some rude behavior and that is exactly what she got. After I was giving Tori the BUSINESS she finally put the service manager (Jacin) on the phone and at first he and I had a rocky start in the beginning but we managed to come to an agreement regarding my car. Jacin apologized for Tori's unprofessionalism and poor customer service. I appreciated everything that Jacin and Manny did to help me get my car serviced and to make sure that it was done correctly. I was pleased with the service I received. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I hope you all had a wonderful New Year and keep up the valuable service you all provide, Jacin(Service Manager), Manny (foreman) and Mario (Advisor) you guys are the best. I apologize for the doing the survey late but have been working a lot. But in my heart I had to let everyone know how grateful and satisfied with the service I received. More

I felt like I was being scammed by the mechanic. I went to Brandon Hyundai to have the low beam headlight bulbs replaced on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with a pair of aftermarket bulbs I had purchased on to Brandon Hyundai to have the low beam headlight bulbs replaced on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with a pair of aftermarket bulbs I had purchased online. I went into the service center expecting the service to cost $25 because I had just gone to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel the week prior for the same job and that's what I was quoted. I did not have the bulbs replaced then because the bulbs I had originally ordered did not fit my car. After ordering the correct bulbs, I decided to have them installed at Brandon Hyundai because it is much closer to where I live and I can take the toll to get there quicker. For the same job, the mechanic quoted me for $250! After I told him that Hyundai of Wesley Chapel offered to replace the headlights with the manufacturer's headlights for $60, he quickly agreed to do it for the same price as if he was doing me a favor. How do you go from $250 to $60 within a couple of minutes?! What a scam! He gives honest mechanics a bad name. I'll avoid Brandon Hyundai at all costs if possible. On a different note, Tori Krupiak did a good job at relaying the information between the mechanic and myself. I can't fault her for anything wrong with my service that day. More
Outstanding service, could not have been better! Took my daughter’s 2019 Tucson in for oil change and tire rotation. I know this because I also drive a 2019 Tucson and had a completely different experience with my Tucson at a different dealership. I made my appointment the same day online (very convenient), Faten Dik was my service advisor, and I dropped off my car while running some errands. Faten was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I’ll seek her out again when I return for future service. After about 45 minutes I received a video link by text of Mario (believe he was a mechanic, or possibly a service rep) narrating a review of the underside of my vehicle.. tire tread, brake pads, etc. Very well done, professional, and left no doubt about the status of my vehicle. A short time later Faten called to tell me my car was ready. Upon returning, Faten had my paperwork ready and my car had been washed. Driving home, all the tire pressures were to spec. They were close when I dropped the car off, but it was obvious they adjusted them as part of the tire rotation. Outstanding attention to detail! Thanks Faten and Mario, because of you’ll I’ll be returning for all my future services! Way to get 2021 started off right! - John M More

The worst experience I’ve ever had, just getting a routine oil and filter change. I will never go to this location again. I made an appointment for 10:30 am and my car was still not serviced after noo routine oil and filter change. I will never go to this location again. I made an appointment for 10:30 am and my car was still not serviced after noon.. no one told me they were backed up until noon and because I needed to leave, they decided to rush my oil change, didnt inspect anything on my vehicle and had me leave without putting my air filter in.. I drove to Sarasota and received a call that I needed to come back ASAP and when I returned, they were going to put my old filter back in the car, even though my initial appointment was for a oil change and filter replacement with a full vehicle inspection.. I feel full confident about Brandon Hyundai. This is my third vehicle and the crew is very helpful to explain about the service. This time my appointment was to pick up the car at home.
