Brandon Hyundai has always been my go place for upkeep on my Elantra. It now has 165K miles and they have done a great job keeping it running. First place that actually walked me to show me my car and had a nail in it. Also, really didn’t try to rip me off about services- thoroughly explained when and why I should get a different service done later had a nail in it. Although I have been used to sitting at Fitzgerald for ~2hrs before, this dealership was apologetic and also offered compensation due to my time there- was very surprised and received a “Merry Christmas”- customer service was quite impression and the details/education I learned of my SUV was also interesting. Kyle in the Brandon Hyundai service department is, by far, the kindest and most helpful service advisor I have ever worked with in my 17 years of servicing my vehicles at dealerships in the area.
