I always use online to make appt but for some reason my to could not be located in look to. I didn't have my vin etc to create another profile so I crested an appt via guest profile. But after appt, I was contacted by email that I missed my appt - I replied that I did keep appt. Then a couple days later i was called by a representative that my car was overdue for service. I appreciate the follow up to make sure my vehicle is serviced but I would appreciate that records were updated or linked appropriately and timely. More

I bought my used piece of xxxx from brandon Mitsubishi, which was then sold and they wouldn't honor the work I needed. I have been trying to get my alignment done for almost 3 months, and my radio display which was then sold and they wouldn't honor the work I needed. Now they want me to pay for 4 brand new tires in owning the car for 3 months. I don't think the even inspected the car before they sold it. Morgan Auto Group took. They banks money but won't fix a xxxx thing. First time I brought it in. They had it 2.5 hours and only got a sticker off the dash. They second time Brandon Mitsubishi was closed. Now the 3 time they don't want to pay to fix a xxxx thing. They took the money and ran. Morgan Auto Group home of the limited lifetime warranty. So limited they won't fix a xxxxing thing. I have contacted the states attorney' office. Now they are looking into it. Spend your hard earned money else where. I should have. And Victor Young won't even return your calls. More

On June 13, 2020 I took my car to Hyundai due to a previous issue that was failed to be discussed. I was advised that my power steerling sending hose was starting to leak and was advised to keep an ey previous issue that was failed to be discussed. I was advised that my power steerling sending hose was starting to leak and was advised to keep an eye on it. Which if the power steering hose was leaking it would need to be repaired. I am not a mechanic so therefore I would have no idea what I am looking at. I take my car in for repairs and was advised that the rack and pinion was leaking. Pump return hose has blockage and split hold and reservoir also need to be replaced due to debris build up. According to my previous inspection it states that an inspection was performed. If an inspection was performed why did I not know about the additional things that needed to repaired because the power steering leak? My invoice also state there was a multi-point inspection performed. I do not believe that because I know for a fact that my windshield wipers need to be replaced and no one has advised me of that. My car was kept for 5 days which I had to take an uber to another city where I work which is over 20 miles one way or ask for a ride. My car was kept for 5 days and they did not even offer to give me a loaner until my vehicle was repaired. There were not check for recalls performed on my vehicle but it was not indicated on my invoice. I was even charged for another alignment that was done the week before. If they knew that my power steering was needing repaired they should have advised that when you receive service on your power steering you will need an alignment. Instead nothing was communicated to me regarding the alignment I was just charged for it. It was almost like getting tackled in left field unexpectedly. I was explaining to the service advisor (Tori) that I had already paid for an alignment and I should not have to pay for another one. She placed me on hold and she comes back and say she can give me 5 free oil changes but that was all that could be done. When I got to the service department I requested to speak with the Service manger (Jacin) and yes he refunded the charges for the alignment however, he took back the 5 oil changes then he has the nerve to say "Do I get my 5 star rating"? What he has failed to understand you have to earn a 5 star rating and the only way that can happen is that you provide good customer service, do not indicate things on a customer invoice that never took place, take back the 5 oil changes and if a vehicle inspection was conducted why all the additional things were not seen at that time. If I may say this service department is by far the worse Hyundai service department I have every had dealing with. They are not concerned about the customer they are only concerned about getting money and receiving a 5 star rating when they have not earned it. I gave a 1 star because that was the lowest to give but actually in reality they deserve a 0 star. I am going to revise my stars because Jacin (service manager) and I discussed this situation and he did make it right!! More
