Even when I make an appointment it seems like I am there for at least 2 hours. This last time I went in for a recall...the recall was supposed to be 1 hr...I was asked if I would also want the oil change.. for at least 2 hours. They need to find a way for people that make appointments to not have to be there for hours. More
