I am sorry I took so long to respond! Mario Otero is an excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing w excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing with your dealership a long time; Mario is the absolutely best customer service agent you have ever had! Jody Glass is an excellent mechanic. He is definitely the best I have ever had! Together they make a great team! Jody always me allows to come back to the 'shop' and he shows me what is wrong and what needs to be repaired. In years past I have had a number of customer service agents and mechanics Mario is definitely the most thorough in explaining what needs to be repaired and Jody shows me what is wrong under the hood and explains what will fix it. If the part needs to be ordered Mario calls and keeps me updated on when to expect it to arrive. If the time is extended he always offers to get me a loaner.
