In short, they took forever to change four tires (6 hours total)-I waited one hour longer to get special order tires they did not have at the dealership. They messed up all four wheels, but did try to fix it and there was no push back from their end. I took my Sante Fe here while on vacation because I had a lot of vibration in the rear. I knew something was wrong so when I was told that the tires in the rear were out of round (they had 45000 miles on them and were Original to the car). I hated those tires anyways and decided to order four new, highly rated tires. After waiting at the dealership for 6 hours my car was ready. The service manager was great and she had her hands full with plenty of others. On the way back to my hotel I discovered that one of the wheels had low PSI so I filled it and noticed that all four wheels had damage in the same exact spots. There were 40 spots of wheel rash, most likely from the alignment rack or balance machine. I called them and they worked it out so that I could send them pictures of the damage and they would send me a check for "repair" for a set amount since I was from out of town and did not have time to go back so they could fix it. It was frustrating that there was so much damage and we paid extra for the wheels we do have. Their check will not repair the wheels, but will cover the price of a coating that I will put on them to protect form the snow/salt combination on winter roads. More

My car only needed air if so had known I would have done it myself. I sat there for almost 2 hours looking a a car in the distance that was possibly mine was never told it was done for almost 2 hrs. The morning I visited seems to be very busy. For the simple I had to wait so long I can only give a 4 star. But Kyle was great . He was assisting many customers . I give him a 5 star. The worst service that I ever received from a car dealership. I had an appointment to bring my car in for an air leak in my tire. I explained that I had to put air in regularly and the tire was not dealership. I had an appointment to bring my car in for an air leak in my tire. I explained that I had to put air in regularly and the tire was not holding air. Two and 1/2 hours later I went in to the office to see what was taking so long. My paperwork was sitting on the service reps (Tori Krupiak) desk being ignored. She asked someone else to check me out. He looked at the paperwork and said that I just needed air. I refused to take the car and insisted that they check the tire. An hour later they said that they put air in all four of the tires. I again said that the tire is leaking. After speaking with a service tech supervisor they put the car on a lift and found that the tire had a nail. Really?? A total of four and 1/2 hours was spent at the shop. The service department representative did not communicate with me at all. The only positive comment that I can make is that the service tech supervisor did apologize and did not charge me to patch the tire. I also advised Tori that I have white spots in my windshield when driving into the sun and I'd like it checked out. I had taken a picture and showed it to her. She told me to call my insurance company. This is a new vehicle. I said no, this is a Hyundai issue. She then asked if I was wearing polaroid glasses when I saw the spots. What????? She asked me to email and text her the picture, which I did. I never hear back. I followed up with an email but still nothing. More
Did not install engine shield properly. Took 3 weeks to have door handles and antenna finnial painted. So for 3 weeks our car was parked at the dealer, a colony of ants was living in the car. The Dealer had to fumigate the car for 2 days more. Not happy with the lack of service here. Poor Quality control for service department. 👎 More
