The entire dealership is tired, old, dirty, and out of date. The staff is great and doing the best with what they have. The facility is crowded and too small for the amount of customer traffic. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Totally ridiculous. Facility needs a dedicated oil change and quick service area. While the service was fine, the mask culture left me feeling very uncomfortable. Several times I saw both guests and employees maskless in public areas, and very frequently saw employees with their nose feeling very uncomfortable. And if that wasn't bad enough, I attempted to use at least three hand sanitizer stations, all of which are empty. I do not feel this dealership is adequately taking measures to protect the health of its employees or its customers during this pandemic, and will be avoiding this dealership in the future until the pandemic starts to subside.
