I made an appointment due to an error message on my dashboard as well as to order a new key fob. Day of appointment I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would be in the following Wednesday. I asked for them to place the order for the key fob as well. The following wednesday I was not called. I waited until Friday to see if the part had come in. It was there and no one had attempted to contact me. I made another appointment to get the part installed. The day of installation I was told to wait at the shop as it would be a quick fix but they would let me know if it took longer. I ended up waiting at the shop 4 hours before demanding a rental for the day. I also inquired about the key fob order, which was met with an excuse that they needed to talk to management because companies had changed. Communication and customer service has been terrible. The car was finally fixed but now its 1 week later and I still am waiting to hear about the key fob replacement. More

The car was dropped off scratched free and also verified scratched free by service tech who inspected the vehicle before accepting the key. The scratch doesn't seem to be an expensive repair but done professionally is best recommended at any Hyundai body repair shop. More

Unprofessional, price gauging, and only trying to get me to trade in my car. I was originally told my catalytic converter repair would be 1,700, then when I went to pick up my car I was told it would be ano to trade in my car. I was originally told my catalytic converter repair would be 1,700, then when I went to pick up my car I was told it would be another 1,700 to fix the back catalytic converter. I had my engine replaced in February because of a recall, and advised that per my research, catalytic converters go bad when there is an issue with the engine. My car is only 5 years old! I contacted corporate and I am trying to get them to cover the cost. I was told they would cover half of the second catalytic converter, but after receiving notification of a class action suit against Hyundai, I am going to stand strong. It is very unprofessional for a Hyundai service advisor to tell a customer that he was surprised that my Sante Fe lasted as long as it had (119,000 miles), and these cars usually don't last more than 70,000 miles. He suggested I trade in my car and buy a new one. More
