She kept me informed on all steps of the warranty repair also arranged a loaner car .I received texts and emails during the repair process . When the car was completed I received a phone call from her and also email that allowed me to pay for other services I had approved. I would also like to comment her on allowing us to speak to the service technician to answer questions concerning the issue with the engine failure. I would recommend this service center to anyone needing Hyundai repairs .My Sonata is a 2010 with 107000 miles, and I still love my car . I received the same service as I did when it was new . More

I’m not a fan of dealerships. Got my AC belt fixed for $200, it was still squeaking. I called to make an appt. and was told mechanics have to call back to schedule their own appointment and no one called $200, it was still squeaking. I called to make an appt. and was told mechanics have to call back to schedule their own appointment and no one called back for 3 days. I asked for an honest opinion of my car because I’d gotten if from a peerage dealer, and the mechanic attempts to persuade me to get 4 new rims and 4 new sensors just so my TP light will go off, instead of just simply advising that I get 4 tires that fit the rim. Most mechanics are really only about the money. This dealership gave me no different perspective. More
