Second Attempt at fixing front suspension does the trick. The first time I went to the service department the service representative told me that the platinum warranty I had paid for when i had bought the car The first time I went to the service department the service representative told me that the platinum warranty I had paid for when i had bought the car several years ago from the same dealership did not cover the front struts and shocks because some parts were not covered. Fortuitously, I had to go back to the service department a week later for a cooling system and engine overheating problem. I would have given the department 5 stars, however, I was asked by the service representative, Mr. Harold De La Cruz, if there were any other problems and I mentioned that I was told that the front suspension problem, which I still had, was not covered. The second service representative told me he would look into it. After approximately 15 minutes Mr De La Cruz told me that the front suspension repair was fully covered. They fixed that problem as well as the cooling and heating problem for a deductible of $50 instead of about $1200 which was the estimate that I was given the first time I went there about a week earlier. Be careful folks with whom you are dealing in this service department. Is the representative there to help you or just there to punch a time clock? More

I am not a fan of the sales department and really was not looking forward to going to the service department, but I had to for a warranty issue. I didn't have an appointment however had previously spoken to looking forward to going to the service department, but I had to for a warranty issue. I didn't have an appointment however had previously spoken to Harold in the service department on the phone. When I got there everybody was professional friendly and answered questions. The service was quick, I was done in under 45 minutes! Most impressive thing was that there was not a list of "you have to have these done". They did what was needed and a recall issue I was not aware of. More
