Always takes good care of me. I feel as if they are also honest, and don’t try to rip customers off on service. Pricing is also reasonable. But, it appears that Tori was not honest in saying that washer fluid was added when I asked her. I tried to use it today and nothing came out. In addition, she advised that my car would be washed on the outside. That obviously did not happen as well. Finally, I asked that my windshield wipers be checked. No follow up on that request. Now I am wondering if the oil was actually changed as she said or if the sticker was just changed to reflect a new date. I felt that the service was completed much too quickly for everything to have been checked and corrected as necessary. That is why I questioned her. A feeling of confidence and believing that employees are acting in truth and integrity is paramount in determining whether customers become repeat customers or not. It is the little things that make the difference. My first impression was truly not a good one. More
