I am beyond disappointed. I made an appointment for 8:10 am. My vehicle didn’t go in until almost 9:20. I didn’t get out of there until almost 10am. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re going am. My vehicle didn’t go in until almost 9:20. I didn’t get out of there until almost 10am. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re going to be there for almost 2 hours. That’s ridiculous. And a joke. There was ZERO organization. It was a free for all. If it’s going to be first come first serve, don’t offer the appointment option. I missed an appointment I had at 10am because I definitely didn’t think I’d be there for almost 2 hours with an appointment. What’s sad is there was zero apology or acknowledgement of the fact that it took so long More
